Delivery Countries
We deliver primarily to France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Delivery Times
Belgium, France, and the rest of Europe: 5 to 8 business days
International: 7 to 11 business days

Costs
Delivery is free.

Delivery is handled by our carrier between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, and between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday.

If you are absent, the package can be dropped off at a post office or handed over to a caretaker.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on circumstances.

A real-time tracking system can locate the package.
If the status shows "Delivered" or "Delivered" but you have not received it, please go to your post office or contact your caretaker and neighbors.
